Welcome to Flint Hills Smokehouse! Whether you're a first time visitor or a seasoned regular, there are a few things you should know when vising the Smokehouse!
First and foremost, our meals are prepared fresh daily. We take pride in fresh, quality food, so please note that some of our specialty items are only offered as daily features. For example, Mike's hand-breaded, mouth-watering, fried chicken is only available on Wednesdays. On Thursdays you'll find our kitchen staff working hard to prepare these south of the border specials: sizzling fajitas, fresh quesadillas, and signature margaritas! Friday we invite you to join us for steak night; made to order and grilled to perfection. And last, but certainly not least... Fridays and Saturdays are when you'll need to make room for the best BBQ in NE KS. Mike gets the smoker up and running bright and early on Saturday mornings in order to create the masterpieces you crave: ribs, burnt ends, turkey, brisket, pulled pork, and jalapeno cheddar sausage.
Next, please know that we take the health and safety of our staff and customers very seriously. Out of an abundance of caution we have spaced our tables at least 6 feet apart, eliminated bar seating, and placed limitations on large parties.
Finally, we are open for dine-in and carry-out Wednesday through Saturday from 5-9 pm. Reservations are not required but are recommended, especially for parties of 8 or more. To make reservations, or to place a carry-out order, please call us at 785-256-4444.
